Before entering the insurance world, she worked in the television industry as an Art Department Coordinator on productions for Netflix, Warner Bros, Fox, and more, collaborating with production designers, art directors, producers, and studio executives to bring stories to life. That career taught her how to listen carefully, manage complex moving parts, and always keep the bigger picture in focus.

After searching for balance and reconnecting with her roots, Emma found her way to insurance with a clear sense of purpose: to be the kind of advisor she wished more families had access to. She founded PRIME Benefits Group USA as an independent agency so she could always put clients first, with no quotas and no pressure, just honest guidance tailored to your needs. Today she serves individuals and families across the country on Medicare, Life Insurance, and Retirement Planning.

Emma’s goal is to make planning for retirement feel less overwhelming and a lot more manageable, whether you are just beginning to explore your options or have been navigating the system for years. She truly enjoys educating the people she works with, and she wants every client to leave a meeting feeling informed, confident, and supported.

When she’s not helping clients, you’ll find Emma with her fiancé Riley and their two house rabbits, baking homemade sourdough, horseback riding, or giving back to her community.
